Edina Community Ed

Summer Jazz will explore and perform a variety of familiar rock, jazz, and funk tunes. We’ll also spend time on soloing and guided listening to jazz legends. Come learn more about jazz and have fun at the same time. Open to all band students entering grades 10 and 11 in Fall 2024. Previous jazz experience is preferred, but not required. A concert will be held on the day of the final session (June 20).

• All Band instruments welcome!
• Piano players must be able to play two hands at the same time.
• Bass players must be able to read bass music.
• Rhythm section filled on a first come first served basis.
