In this Bootcamp, incoming juniors will learn activities, tools, strategies and resources to gear up for their junior year. Who should attend? Any rising junior who is motivated, ready and excited to start talking about 4-year college and the steps to take to build a smart list of colleges. What will students need? Students will need to bring their laptop. There will be some to borrow if you need one. Who are the instructors? Jules Block, Edina School Counselor with 30 years of experience. What makes this unique? It is more than a workshop. Students will spend time learning about themselves, college selection criteria that is important to them, and how to build a smart list. They will walk away with a start of a college list and resources to keep researching and narrowing down their list of options. This will be a great precursor for the activities they will do in their junior year.
